Food was excellent. Waitress put our clean plates with food on top of dirty plates. There was no pre bussing at all. Seemed to be very attentive to other table but could care less about us. Manger was very nice. I could see him asking about our table several times.

I cannot believe how bad was the service here. I was literally the only one waiting for a table and there were 3 people behind the hostess table just talking to each other and on the phone without even greeting me. It took several minutes to ask me if I wanted a table. Then when I sat, it took a very long time before anyone took my order. If it wasn’t because this was the only restaurant at the hotel and I was tired to explore any others around, I would’ve just walked out.

After a long wait the food for all 3 of us was cold and some was burned. The service was horrible. He would bring us the wrong items and also forgot a few things. The girl at the register did not want to here anything. Better places to spend your money!

I’m sure this place have the worsts waitresses and waiters in all word. They don’t even try, most of the time they are all together hiding in the kitchen or singing along and making loud noises like there’s no one in the restaurant. Most of them are sloppy and most of the time I swear they just disappear from the restaurant, like they all got together in the kitchen or back idk, in many visits I had to stand up and search for them to order or ask something. I always tip no matter the service (education), but today I decided to stand up and stop rewarding this KIDS with something the don’t even appreciate, they can look you straight in the eyes and don’t even bother to stop to take order o ask if everything is okay. Is the first time that I have to wait an hour to get food serve in this chain. The restaurant was not full to have the delay. Coffee was burn and my order was dispatched wrong. First and last visit to this one.

There are bad experiences and then there is Yesterday Father's Day Night Dinner...TERRIBLE. Breakfast is alway good. Lunch ok. Dinner Ahhhhhhhh. Don't even think about ordering a burger. Management needs training dealing with a sleuth of situations with dignity. Last night (18Jun2023; 8-10pm) was not her night.
