My husband and I came to this Denny,'s We're just used to this location, but this area of Midvale has gotten much worse as far as homeless drug addicts SO becareful of the people in this area. I'm not being judgemental about the homeless, it's just not a very great neighborhood, anyway we arrived kinda later than we had planned for. My husband got a burger, plain with extra pickles and frenchfries, but asked for the Seasoned French fries and a chocolate shake to drink. I ordered the Sup we r slam$ 9.99with a coffee & a small O.J. . I LOVE breakfast though. Mine was delicious. So our order comes out and my husband gets his burger, but it didn't come with the Seasoned fries. No big deal. He just reminded the sever & he came back out with the Seasoned fries. They were very good and then my husband found a hair on his plate and he lost his appetite. I told my husband to say something to the server, but he didn't want to. He didn't want to be a hassle . We got a couple To-go boxes and the check. About $34... total. So when I go to that front to pay. I told the server, I have never seen this action before by any type of, customer Service person and he snapped at me & it was almost like a small fit, and he says, UGH, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING THEN??!! There's nothing I can do now!!! He's upset that ww didn't say something sooner. So I just paid the bill and left. It's going to be a VERY LONG TIME, IF I ever go back to that location. The server did everything else well, except for handling the bill. He could have done something he just chose not to. I know I waited tables for over 5 years and I've had to have guests meals taken off the guests ticket. LOTS of times. I don't highly recommend this location, and I didn't intend for my review to be a novel. Thanks for letting me share my experience here. I was in a very bad mood and my experience here for breakfast cheered me up. Hosts were great. Quality staff is good quantity. My server was Jared exceptionally great—he was busy but had a lot of energy and a great attitude. I felt welcomed and I left happy and ready to start my day. I usually don’t write reviews for chains as the experience is usually marginal, but this location does a great job and I applaud them for their excellent food, atmosphere, and staff. Went to Dennys to get the TMobile Tuesday offer, all five of us. It was brioche French toast. We arrived in the 11pm hour. We didn't order anything else. Our server did us a solid. Polite. Smiling. Refreshed our water. The food was quickly served and hot. I was surprised at how tasty it was. Though our bill was zero, we made sure to leave a good tip. I am conservative with my stars when awarding them. Considering the time of day and the customer profile we matched, it would be easy to have a meh experience with meh food. It was not. I'll give an extra star for the food and two for the solid service. Keep up the tasty food and great service, Denny's. It was a late night pleasure. This is by far THE best Dennys we have eaten at!! The service was great! The General Manager Marty came to our table TWICE to make sure we had everything we needed. His restaurant shows up any other Dennys I have been to...in 8 states. Belle was our server and was amazing, and super friendly, and organized! Great job to all! Today is my birthday and had my free slam reward to use. Our waitress Marisa was super sweet from the time we walked through the door and took good care of us. She honored the reward and was very open with the options that came with it. Overall amazing experience, one of the best I've had at Denny's. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a fantastic brunch at Dennys today. Our server Belle was amazing! The General Manager Marty also greeted us and made sure we were getting everything we needed. This location has really come a long way from what it was a couple years back. Great job everyone! Also, thanks to Egan the other manager for the warm greeting when we came in. It was my Birthday today but I never got my email for my celebretory grand slam,but Marisa took my ID and word for it. This location was welcoming, clean and very friendly. Food was quick and delicious. Marisa and the manager were wonderful. Found my favorite Denny's in the valley. Thank you for helping me have a great meal on my Birthday. Came in for breakfast. Nice clean &’ staff on top of things here. Got our order real fast. hot &’ fresh. “America's Favorite Diner" is the Dennys way &’ with a server like Marisa, it truly is our favorite! She is such a delight &’ such a hard working lady! we had a classic American Diner experience with the best server. She is awesome because she loves her job, &’ it shows. Not only was she a kind &’ gracious host that made me feel like I was truly a part of the family but the food reminded me of my mom's cooking! Place was dead ,that ahould have been my first clue .I aaked the waitress to help me understand the menu .She did not understand what that meant . My order was way to much so I changed it to an order of french toast it was more affordable .I saw the sticker in the window and said my grand slam should have been $9.99 instead of $20. She did not say anything . I RECIEVED MY MEAL ,I looked and handed it back to her and said "what is that " ? Thats for a child not an adult and walked out .My bf brought it out . I was irate ,I had been ripped off .One slice of bread cut in two.I went to mcdonalds and got a whole meal for the price I was charged .My bf looked at his meal and was then understanding why I was so upset .They charged him $30 for a steak meal .the gravy on the side .It was runny and mushy and it was a tablespoon of veggies . What I am so upset about is the fact I asked her to explain the menu ,she over charged me and never explained it . Did not say listen an order of french toast is one slice cut in half . Good Location, handicap and wheelchair assessable. Plus size friendly. Waitress was writing orders down on napkins. There was cleaning solutions left near tables. Food was sitting in kitchen getting cold waiting for runners. Manager was multi tasking a lot and left boxes of Halloween decorations in a walkway near tables....
