I normally love DelTaco. However I have been disappointed a few times lately! I have received the wrong order a couple times and my last order was disgusting! I ordered a large green burrito with extra cheese. When I opened it up I saw a French fry poking out. So I opened it up and found the whole thing filled with soggy fries and sour cream plus who knows what. Like they cleaned the counter into my burrito. So when I called, the manager was too busy to talk to me. When I emailed deltaco I received a $1 coupon! WTH? Very disappointed with both the food, and the response! Apparently they're open 24 hours and "their system goes down every day" at every Del Taco in the 3 and 4 o'clock hours preventing them from taking orders. This is obviously a lie as I have eaten many times at Del Taco in the early hours of the morning. I can't believe so many of their employees are so lazy but they make up wild excuses to not serve customers. It's quite pathetic. Service: 1

I just walked in the place lobby empty. A man entered said his name got his food and left the kitchen gals were busy the two guys behind the counter was busy. 2 cars in drive thru.. I could see they were busy... I patiently waited at the counter... 7 or 8 minutes passed... I noticed a car pull up and the order marquee ... guy took an order the gals looked as if they were done with their frenzy... guy took the cars order and the gals started putting the food together.... I just walked out. .. 9 or 10 minutes had passed... weird Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered 8 hard tacos and 4 soft. Got home and had 3 hard tacos and the rest was soft. Completely Ruined dinner. I have never given a bad review in my life. But tonight, I stopped to get food, and I get told they were cleaning the grill and was not able to get me food. This was at 3:30am. Not a sole in the drive thru. Will never go back. Service: 1
