Degusto in Neive is a restaurant that offers a unique experience with its modern yet cozy atmosphere, stunning views of the surrounding hills, and delicious traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The service is friendly and efficient, and the wine list is extensive, offering a great selection of local producers. The menu degustation is a great way to sample the best of their dishes, including tajarin, risotto al nero di seppia, langue, vitello tonnato, and a delicious brick of tiramisu for dessert. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent. The only downside is the long wait times, but it's worth it for the amazing experience that Degusto offers. Highly recommended!
