Best pancakes in the Netherlands. Wide variety of sweet and savoury. In the summer you can eat on the lawns and watch their bunnies play. In the winter it is cozy indoors too. It's worth multiple visits to enjoy all the different toppings you can have on your pancakes! The pancakes, while they can be pricey are always great. The staff are always friendly. They have a play area inside and out and animals - bunnies. As well as a toy box for children to grab a small toy for free before leaving. This gets a 5th star from me for also having a fairytale atmosphere. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Very atmospheric pancake restaurant. They have very tasty pancakes and even the small ones are large portions. Also I was delightfully surprised they have gluten-free batter. Very happy with that. They have ‘panza’s’ on the menu which are pancakes but prepared like pizza with cheese gratin on top. Loved that concept of the panza. there is a also big playground for kids. One of the best pancake restaurants in the Netherlands. The restaurant is quaint and cosy. Food was delicious; they offer a huge range of toppings and they also accommodate any custom requests. The pancakes were light and fluffy with a huge portion of toppings. The service was fantastic and the staff are super friendly. Wonderful experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Heard about pancake farm “The Smickel” from a friend yesterday and couldn’t resist going there today. The farm’ish setting and the vibe is really amazing. And I can imagine if you bring your kids they will remember it for life. The staff is very friendly and skilled. Everything is very clean and pro kids. The restaurant floor (inside) has some hight difference, but with some effort it’s wheelchair accessible. The menu has a great selection of pancakes and beverages. The coffee was not so good but the chocolate milk was great what i hear. The pancake I had was quite heavy. The free parking is some what limited on the terrain, luckily you can park in the street also. Enjoy!

I recommend this place if you want to take kids and have a fun night for them, the decorations and the place is really cute and cozy, they even have a kids menu. But the pancakes are not the best, the quality can be better, the baken on my pancake was supper salty, We asked to change and they were very nice about it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Great atmosphere and amazing cost place for lunch or dinner. You have to get into the mood and stay hidden in the little corners of the room, deciphering riddles while waiting for your hot food! The prices are on a higher level, but we were lucky to get in with the whole November - 30% discount on pannenkoeken, so don't miss up your chance! :) tip, if you don't want to leave the plate half full or take it home - order kleine portion of pizza-pancake, dat is meer San genoeg 😂 Very tasty, highly recommended!
