I've been to Davios on multiple occasions: for work and play.They have consistently gone above and beyond.The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The good is always amazing!The cocktails are top notch!Will recommend to everyone!! The food is great! It is what you can expect from an Italian Steakhouse. However, the service was similar to Whataburger. I took my family of 4 today for lunch and had the worst experience I have ever had at a fine restaurant. I have dinned at Davio’s a few times but never experienced bad service until today. The waiter (Charles B) had a terrible attitude towards my family. 3 members of the staff acted like they hated their jobs. There are so many better restaurants in DFW to waste money at this place. Customer service and food were top tier! Our waiter Roy made great menu recommendations and made sure we were taking care of throughout our dinner date. We had the meatballs, brussel sprouts, veal and braised rib entrees which all tasted amazing! The best part was the apple butter cake which was the best dessert I’ve ever had!
