Beyond having one of the larger beer collections I have ever seen, this shop has a great bar. The bartenders will make your day the best if they have the time. Good beer and good people. I will spend more time here. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Das Stahl is one of my absolute favorite places in Huntsville. They have a huge selection of craft beers, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by for the first and last time. Appears you have to be a regular or friend of the bartender to get a beer. A lot of other options in town.

Edit: 23Feb2024. They've since added coffee into the mix and it is awesome! I am still a fan of the mustard that goes with the pretzels too. All the staff is nothing but helpful and friendly.
