Please check the previous reviews before going. The place is good with Thai inspired design. Based on the menu the rice is Jasmine but it is not and we received a mushy partially cooked rice. The waiting time is very long (we wait for about 40mins after ordering food). When the food come, there are no napkins, no utensils, nothing. The Tom Yum hot pot is warm, not hot, and no fire for the pot. The waiter said it’s warm already and do not wait to add fire until we asked him to do so. Stopped by for lunch looking at the rating, but should have dug into the reviews instead. Large space, was all empty when we went and the space had a distinct unpleasant smell. Ordered 4 items - papaya salad, drunken noodles, fried rice, thai curry.. each item lacked flavor and seasoning ( seasoning not as in hotness from chilies). Large sliced tomatoes in the salad and drunken noodles were just odd. Would not recommend going if you enjoy a well cooked, flavorful meal! Asked for extra plates to share the meal, and 2 plates had to be sent back as they weren’t clean. The replacement plates were different, surprised me that with not a single customer in a restaurant plates of the same kind were hard to get. Staff was courteous and the restrooms were clean. My partner who grew up in the area insisted we come here while we were on our recent trip. He has talked so long about how good the food is and I can finally understand why! You cant go wrong with thai food in general but knowing for how long they have been around is a teastament in itself to the quality of not only the service but the food (my partner hasnt been back to the area in 10 years!) . It was really fun inside, welcoming and brightly colored, with so much to look at and take in! I was a little sad we didnt get the chance to come by again before leaving town! can say we will absolutely return in the future next we find ourselves in flagstaff. The windows and restaurant were dirty and shabby. We were there for lunch, and the food was inedible. my yellow curry and my husband‘s rice noodles were so salty. That’s all we could taste. The soup was tasteless. The service was for we didn’t get silverware or napkins. We had to chase down the staff. Would recommend for anybody to stop by and try delicious food taste really clean and healthy. Amazing atmosphere was greeted by helpful and playful staff very clean restaurant very clean bathrooms. Everything was amazing. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be stopping again. Also, the parking lot is located near other restaurants and businesses. Great lively place for a satisfying Thai dinner in small or big groups of people. The servers were incredibly accommodating and our server went out of her way to expedite a dish for us. The Tom Ka soup with fried tofu was an amazing appetizer, and the drunken noodles and sautéed cashew duck hit the spot for three hungry adults. The ginger tea was an excellent accompaniment to the meal and the teapot never ran out. For the best experience dining anywhere in Flagstaff, get there before six thirty and beat the dinner rush! We'd been here before and absolutely loved it, but our most recent visit was less impressive. Both of our noodle dishes were bland, even the one that was level 4 spice. The spicy cashew rice dish was better, but a bit sweet. Decor is nice, and restaurant was clean. Most likely we'd end up somewhere else the next time we're craving Thai. Returning from snow bowl, stopped here for light lunch, ordered the fried tofu which was bland would’ve preferred some seasoning in the tofu but the peanut dressing/sauce was good, the tom ka hotpot was flavorful and for the weather outside it felt even better! Overall a decent place to have Thai food!!
