Karen was the best part of this store and now she’s not there it sucks now Scott has nasty dirty fingers would never get food from him half the staff don’t know how to use the system and it take 20 mins to make a purchase. Bring KAREN BACK !

The places that I have been to is the ones in Sayre (2) and the one in Waverly and the one by Tioga Downs in Nichols. Oh and Candor..all them have been very satisfying and clean and friendly personnel..the food has been excellent 👌 😋..wish you had one in Owego?? I know you did at one time..have a Merry Christmas and a Happy NewYear.....

Called ahead and ordered 2 subs when I arrived there thir was only 2 customers in the store that had already been waited on and the 2 employees were just chatting in a relaxed all my work is done fashion and come to find out the subs where not even started and the excuse was the touch screen menu's were down so he couldn't print a ticket and the other factor to this is I road my bike there from half way down shepherd's road in milltown so why he was wandering around repeating I don't know what to do I looked at the screen and pushed the cancel button and like magic it was fixed after another 10 minutes and a cigarette later I finally get our food and proceed home and we opened what was so post to be 2 Italian subs 1 with heavy lettuce and they were vegetarian subs or something like that but they were definitely not what I would have gotten at spring street dandy as long as the middle aged dark haired lady with glasses didn't make them maybe go get some training over there or something cause this is not a sub would be happy paying 10$ and change for again.

I went to get my sister food as she was in the Ear unexpectedly the cashier a young blond woman watched me go to the in store ordering system order it, rang me up and never freaking made it for me. I had to go after 20 min to show her the recipt that I had on me and that I did in fact pay for it.
