Where do I start? Visited mid afternoon on 2/20/24 cashier used some sort of highly scented lotion or hard sanitizer (think highly concentrated bath & body works) and our food tasted only of that sent. We realized after we left she shorted us change because she didn't have 1s in her drawer. Didn't let us know specific dessert items were 1 size only (at $6 for a tiny nasty thing). There was maybe 2 dz fries in a lrg frie, container wasn't even half way full. We live well over an hr away and dealing with medical life disruptions so I wasn't able to contact the store. A typical blizzard from this DQ location; 2/3rd full. This happens all the time. If time permits, I now go to the Tannersville store. It's a further drive but much better service and product. Ok, let's just say DQ is back and giving out some great service and food. It was touch and go the last few places I've tried but two times here and the service and food were great. Very affordable (did they lower prices? lol seems more of a value now), and the portion size great. Got a triple and some Orings and was happy and held me to dinner time. Right off rt80 and plenty of parking. Easy on and off. The entrance is one way, and the exit is at a light, so that helps get across during rush hour. It can be a fast food fuel up or drive up and down that strip for some shopping. Food is usually very good, I love the chicken tender baskets. We had also ordered the 2 for $5 cheeseburgers and once we got to the window the girl said she read our order back to us and that we didn't want 2, just 1. Instead of arguing, she could have just asked if we wanted another burger. It was convenient she didn't give us a receipt either.. but after seeing her put her hand down her pants we didn't want any other food from there. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a royal brownie blizzard because i wanted fudge syrup in center and she gave me peanut butter. I took a bite to see if I could be ok with it and couldn’t so asked to remake. She said because i already paid for and tried it I’d have to buy a new one. Also asked for a cup for water and was told they don’t have water in their fountain dispenser. I showed it to her, she still didn’t give me a cup. Before they started working on my order the cooks look to see for who is so then my tray was really really hot that I burned my finger. I asked for ketchup and he feels his hand and putted on the tray, honestly who needs 18 packs of ketchup for a burger? They looked so sad and unpleasant. I love Dairy Queen’s but this one is a shame for the whole chain. So sad that I had to write this but I hope somebody reads it and do something. My Grandkids asked me to take them there cause they wanted ice cream So I did and we ended up eating burgers and fries + ice cream They were very Happy we went there 2days in a row 😁 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For how expensive Dairy Queen has become the least they can do is mix the blizzards! This is like the 3rd time … none of the 3 different ones we bought were mixed all the toppings are at the top it’s pure vanilla the 3/4 the way down.. And AND the royal cheesecake blizzard I ordered had peanut butter cups in it luckily I’m not allergic to peanut butter but if someone was this would be an issue.
