I was very disappointed this time, The employees were not into taking care of the customers, The French Fries were cold, They didn't have all my order in the bag, so had to go inside to get my Double Cheeseburger and it wasn't made the way I asked, No Onions, extra pickles with Lettuce and tomatoe, easy sauce, when I have to pay 48.61 for two meals I expect it to be the way I ask it to be, sure wish we had a Sonic close to Sun City. Really disappointed,

4:17pm I made my way through drive through , I am shocked on how poor customer service was when this older lady who seemed like she did not want to be there.took my order. She didn’t even attempt to put fries in they little bags in both my my food bags my only nice thing to say is the girl actually at the drive through window who handed out the food was super nice .

I went into the restaurant and had to visit the RR. There were approximately 5 people behind the counter and I had a hard time getting someone to help me. Granted, the person taking orders from the Drive thru was busy but, the others were just doing nothing. I finally got a person to ask what I needed and I told them I needed the key to the restroom. When I came back, I placed the key on the counter and still no one was there to take my order. After 5 minutes or so, I said excuse me. A young girl asked if I was ready to order. I told her yes and I was beginning to wonder if anyone was working there.
I order a large Strawberry shake and a medium Chocolate shake. I spent right at $50 for my order. I looked at the two shakes and they were both medium size.
I will never visit that DQ location again.
Poor service. The guy was looking off into space and three of the girls were following each other so they could continue their conversation.

Friend took my there braging about there chicken. I ended up ording just a classic buger. Absolutely disgusting. It was like they microwaved it. Buring hot, even the pickels. Bun was that horrible microwave texture. The soda machine was filthy. Hand prints and slater ALL over it. I even told them they need to wipe it down it was so bad. I would of asked for my money back if I was not with my friend.
