Okay food, terrible service. I ordered a #2 with an iced tea, a hotdog kids meal with a sprite & kids cone, and 2 white mocha shakes. The #2 was missing the fries and tea, and one shake was missing. They made me pay a second transaction for the missing items. I understand mistakes happen, but she claimed they "didn't hear me order the combo". I clearly ordered the #2, not a specific burger. Please own your mistakes and don't lie to your customers. I likely wouldn't have hard feelings or even comment on the mistakes if I wasn't lied to. Very disappointing.
