Founded by Bianca Cangelosi Bavand, Da Bianca was a dream come true for the Sicilian native. Had dinner with my husband and in-laws on Saturday. I had the shrimp scampi special and it was delicious. The food quality was so good and so hard to find in restaurants today. Da Bianca Trattoria is our now go to delicious taste of Sicilian Italian food. The atmosphere is so quaint and relaxing. The staff is beyond friendly and kind. We ordered their Brussels Sprouts on special and they are one of a kind, out of this world. I ordered the Canneloni Alla Romana and it was truly incredible. My son wanted Italian for his birthday, so I googled and found this hidden gem (hidden for me). They are located in the back of the center on Chapman and Newport in orange. The food was outstanding, the staff is incredibly friendly, and there is plenty of parking. But the food!!! See pics We will be regulars here Love, love, love it! My wife and when there old church family saturday at 6 pm and our dinners service wine and Desert was amazing. We live in Eastvale but want to come atleast once a quarter now.
