Chris was amazing and gave us the best service. Though the food was not good as far as the main course - The appetizers were decent. Ordered a cocktail and it tasted like syrup - I sent back my food and alcoholic beverage. I haven’t had to do that in years .. was very disappointed. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited almost 2 hours to get food, the manager and staff were abrasive as if we were bothering them by ordering food and drinks. THE WORST attitudes and customer service I've experienced. Not what it used to be and We’ve been going there 20 years. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. Failed on SO many levels…sad to see as we need good restaurants in Chaska and Cuzzys is NOT the place to go anymore. F- for a grade is the best for the experience we just went through!
