Absolutely phenomenal spot!!! We had 2 different iced drinks and they were amazing! The breakfast pizza is one of the best I've ever had! Avocado toast was fresh and light, could have used some more flavor though. All in all, we will definitely be regulars moving forward! The vibe of the place combined with amazing coffee and fresh tasty food makes this definitely worth the visit!

The Only Alice
I can’t help but gush over Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory, south of the river, nestled in Apple Valley. It’s tucked inside Pizzeria Sociale and once you find it, you’ll love the experience. The myriad of lush greenery instantly creates a calmness and coziness with a conservatory-like feeling. The aesthetic choices, from the cute chairs to the fireplace, along with the plants are a testament to their attention to detail. It's as if their creativity spilled into my own zone of genius, inspiring me while working remotely. I would say it’s more than just another coffee shop, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful spot to work, or meet with friends. I’m looking forward to visiting this charming coffee shop in the suburbs again.
It is a fun coffee shop experience and wasn’t marked easily to find, but once you find it, you’ll love the experience. Great take on curiosity aka “curiouser and curiouser” from Alice in Wonderland. One improvement would be to not serve drinks in disposable cups, but perhaps they were short-staffed on the day I visited. Again, looking forward to visiting Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory again soon.
Just made a return trip and was kind of disappointed. Party selection was minimal. There was a long line before I could place my order. The plants that gave the seating area life in my first visit were almost all gone. Noticed one of the plants in a window was full of flies. Not sure what happened here which is too bad.

A hidden gem! When I went, it wasn’t very busy which contributed to a quiet, relaxing, and focused atmosphere. If you’re looking for great coffee in a space conducive for conversation or creativity, check Curiouser out. Menu has lots of fun drinks, and the plants that are prevalent boost the overall aesthetic.

The place does not live up to the ambience and sophistication it is trying to imply. I was excited to learn of this place which seems to give off vibes of modern, and elevated coffee/cafe offerings. SE MN is in dire need of more unique and good coffee shops. The location is shared space with the pizzeria so you walk into the entryway which serves both. It appears they make their own baked goods and the oatmeal raisin cookie I had was delish. But....
We ordered 3 different coffee drinks, a baked good and two cafe hot menu items. There was something wrong with almost everything. The breakfast pizza had the toppings spread so unevenly, heaped on one side, sparse on the other. The thin crust was under baked and couldn't hold the toppings because it was so floppy. The shredded (bagged) cheese on top wasn't even completely melted. The croque monsieur sandwich was burnt deeply on the bottom side including the edges of the bread. One of our drinks we had to return to the counter because one of the ingredients wasn't included. The promised butterscotch flavors in the coffee were not apparent either. Also, despite the upscale feel and atmosphere, all of our drinks were served in to-go cups. I looked around and to-go cups were all I could see. What a pity. No one in our group said they would return. My 20 year old son, who made pizza in a restaurant, couldn't get over how they served the breakfast pizza. One of the simplest things to prepare and serve well - especially at a place that is also a pizzeria.
At this point, there is no recommendation to go here. Additionally, I know we won't even try the pizzeria because they are shared places.

Really cute interior, cozy and inspiring. Nice art and photos on website. Great concept but first two sandwiches on brunch menu were bad and too salty. Could not finish. Coffee was good.

See the other low rated reviews. Pretty much spot on. Drinks were undrinkable. Latte was wayyy too sweet and the nitro was clearly not made correctly. I don’t normally review but for how much we paid this place is definitely not worth it.

We thought it was going to be special, instead we got paper cups instead of glass cappuccino cups and we had to wait on ourselves. Very disappointed
