Honestly done with this location. I always order pickup and every. Single. Time. They don’t start our order until we get there to pick it up. Each time we’ve been there’s been no more than one other person ordering or sitting - so I don’t see a reason for them to wait on the order. Not to mention 2 of those 3 times my order has been wrong. Visited tonight 01/31/24 and it was wrong again. Happy to make the drive to Orem now to order and highly encourage you to do so as well since non of the workers seem to care about their job, or are ever nice to customers. Spicy, but not altogether unbearable. You get used to businesses skimping on spice, so I was surprised to find that a 7 on the scale actually tasted like a 7. I also want more potstickers—case in point, this review. Will try again momentarily. I love cupbop! Tonight my experience was very disappointing. I placed my order and usually they’re very fast at getting it out fast. I know they had a bunch of DoorDash orders to fill as well as mine placed at the counter. It took them over 15 minutes to make my food and it was cold. I was so shocked that it took so long and was still cold. Usually when something takes a long time it’s because they had to make something fresh for you order, that was not the case. I’m more worried about the temperature of my food. The fact that this place serves mostly premade food means that the food in the back is not being kept at an appropriate temperature to maintain a bacteria free atmosphere. Rice is a highly common breeding ground for bacteria that cause food borne illness. I’m curious what other health and food handling violations this stand has. Just putting this out there to keep people safe. I took a couple bites then waited to microwave it because of the high risk of contaminants. If they actually make the food with all the ingredients they are supposed to, it is great. Unfortunately, I've ordered from this location 3 times and 100% of the time, the order has been completely wrong. I had all noodles with no rice or cabbage in one, today it was noodles and rice, but no cabbage, and one time I received pork instead of chicken, which is an odd substitute. And 2/3 of the times, the food has been cold... like, cold cold, not just cooled down to room temp. I love cup bop, I make it a point to stop in every time I can. This time we stopped in with the family and ordered 6 bowels with different levels of spice, meats, and veggies. When the ordered arrived NOTHING was labeled. When I asked about it the person who made it was very rude and told me to figure it out. When I reminded him he was more familiar with it and could easily guild me he said, “I’m not going to stick my finger in it and tell you.” Sick of rude behavior. I’m out. I think the food is super pricey compared to the quality of the food and this is not Korean at all... all they provide is clear noodles, Sriracha mayo sauce, special spicy sauce, chicken that has no flavoring, and rice. No vegetables at all... I felt sick after eating here and I regret eating their food. I swear the food is super easy to copy and has nothing special at all. I wouldn't eat this even if they provided it for free... don't waste your money, just eat cereal instead.
