I have managed in the front and back of the house in restaurants. Your crew had a dining room full, a line around the corner in the drive thru, and we're handling their business. We'll oiled machine. The expediters were in complete control, kitchen was rocking, servers were friendly and helpful, etc. My first time eating at a Culver's. It was exceptional. That crew is AMAZING. You should be proud.Also, the fish and chips was delicious. All around great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ate there a couple days ago. In the past the service has always been great and the food as well. This time was a bit of an adventure. Food tasted good, person at the register was friendly, and everything came out on time. Unfortunately midway through the meal I noticed a mouse scampering across the floor. I told the staff who was wiping down the tables. They promptly told me that they knew about the mouse and that there were also flies. They continued to complain about their work environment after I had sat back down. I probably should have spoken to a manager, but by then I was ready to leave. ALWAYS a great experience!! Great food served hot, fresh and order correct!! Staff friendly and polite. Wait time mere minutes. I could eat at a Culver's 5 times a week!!! LOL!! Yes, they're that good!! And they ALWAYS notice my dog and ask if they can give him a treat. Of course you can silly, WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Kitchen couldn't read "no onions". Nasty dill pickle ruined my burger. To their credit I got a dish of ice cream to wash the taste out of my mouth. 5 star rating because it is the first disappointment in dozens of times eating there, and their resolution.
