The gentleman who brought my food to me in the drive thru at about 1230, was so kind and friendly, he made my day. He also took the time to make sure I had everything in my order and it was correct. Went inside at 9pm and ordered my food which consisted of a burger and fries. They were not busy inside and I finally got my food at 930pm. Waited a half hour for food. Got in car and fries were cold and burger just warm. So got home and microwaved them and hat hot food then. Won't be going back there for a while. Went out on a limb and tried the spicey chicken sandwich. Very un satisfied . The chicken. Was hard and very tough. The fries were meh, soggy almost. Took forever and a day . Maybe next time I'll stick to the burgers 🍔 , waited 12 min in the drive through for lackluster food. Let me tell you all this. I went thru the drive thru the lady in the speaker is top notch. She was the friendliest lady. Plus what an amazing voice. McDonald's was one of my favorite places to go to. I noticed the prices started to increase noticeably higher than the quality food I was receiving. I started going to Culver's and getting their burger and fries and a drink and it was only a buck or two more but the quality was 100 times better. I now visit Culver's on a regular basis. Told employee it was my first visit to a Culver's, so would be a minute to figure out my order. She was very helpful! Potato soup and Butterburger were great! Culver’s shame on you for putting out such a poor quality burger. A simple request of a patty with ketchup, onion and pickle and the picture says it all! Shoe leather burger with a few onion shreds, spat of ketchup and 2 yes 2 pickles. Dry, tasteless and awful quality - I cannot believe you would serve your chili meat on a bun! Wow! First time eating here. And their roast beef, broccoli with mashed potato and gravy was TO DIE FOR! Not to mention we followed up with Carmel Brownie shake. Shakes in my world should be in a food group of their own! The day we ordered food from them my mother in law had had major surgery. Needless to say it was same day so we had just brought her home. She and I and her son were starving. Their food was fresh, hot, portions were enough to last even til next day. Our drinks were all on point.. and service was spectacular ... especially considering the fact that we ordered and picked it all up right before they closed. (Sorry...) We are very grateful to have had such good service while going through this difficult time. Nonetheless, we definitely intend on coming back.
