By far the worst Culver's I have ever been to. It's like these people in this town are allergic to flavor, allergic to the concept of something as basic as salt. Probably because it's too "spicy" for their palette or something..
But they did not hold back at all with the mayonnaise. The burger I had was absolutely just a disgusting pile of unflavored greasy meat drowning in that putrid white sauce. DROWNING. That thing was so soggy. It was like a landlord painting every inch of an apartment white. Honestly the cow that this burger was made from deserved better. The entire state of Wisconsin should feel insulted for what this location did to its food 😭 this shi is gonna haunt me whenever I visit this place now. Dr Pepper was cold and crispy though 👍

Just had lunch and a visit with my sister and we had a wonderful time. Lunch was oh so go and the service was great. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Thank you.
Went there a few weeks ago. Ordered the double with only mustard, pickle and onion.(See my pic)
One tiny squirt of mustard, 2 slices of pickle and 2 small rings of an onion…$7 freaking bucks. Called the store once I got home and talked to the manager, the heifer was rude and cut me off short. She asked if I would like to come back so they could fix it or they could mail a coupon to me. That lady needs to know that me coming back to that store wouldn’t have been a good option, by the way she talked to me on the phone.
I did receive a coupon in the mail a week later. But being skimpy on the veggies, especially when I only wanted pickle and onion, is a crazy ripoff! NEVER AGAIN!

Omg don’t know where to start. My first time going to this Culver’s was yesterday night my order was messed up and with no hesitation they made me another one well by time I pulled off and started eating I seen my replacement was also messed up NO BIGGIE because I 100% understood the new workers on that shift were trying their hardest and why would I make a big deal of it. I couldn’t resolve the issue then and there because by that time they were closed already but the staff was so nice on that shift you couldn’t help be be patient lol. Anyway I basically ended up going back today and when I tell you the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A 1 I am not over exaggerating. I am overwhelmed by the love and Correction they had and did for my order they almost made me cry. No one was rude about it they made sure it was correct and that I didn’t feel bad about bringing my incorrect order from yesterday. Not only that but I was given 2 free meal coupons on top of my corrected order it was so hot fresh and delicious and was so perfect for my cravings ‼️ I live about 20 minuets away from this location but I promise you I will never go to another culver I will drive to this location EVERY SINGLE TIME I love how they made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer I’ve never had customer service and fresh food this perfect 🥰‼️ thank you manager Jessica and your crew for valuing not only my time but me as a customer service ‼️
