Took more than 15 minutes standing at the counter to receive my order. Worst part is each time I'm here they hand me the bag of hot food and act surprised that I also ordered ice cream. So now my hot food is just sitting there getting cold while they just starting on my shakes and Sundays. Mind you all this time there is 4 people behind the counter just standing around, occasionally one will take somebody's order. Couldn't one of them make my ice cream so my carryout order both hot and cold items are ready at the same time. I guess can't expect just a bit of common sense nowadays.
