The place was empty and I had to wait a long time for my matcha, which was pretty bad. Food: 1 Service: 1

We placed a clear order and she repeated it back to us and we ordered 2 drinks and she made three drinks all wrong. The wait was almost 15 minutes. I asked for whole milk and the barista put oat milk. We wanted caramel lattes and she gave us vanilla lattes as well as giving us hot drinks when we asked for iced. 0/10 service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This establishment has a very warm feeling to it which is perfect for this time of year, and the service was incredibly efficient and they got the order 100% correct and the food itself is extremely delicious.
