Culinary Dropout has to be my absolute new favorite restaurant! I travel the majority of the year for my job and I'm always looking for somewhere new to try. Literally the best place in Tempe to grab a bite to eat! The ambiance is so cool and I would definitely come back for some quality chow. My gf was visiting from out of town and we were at the Tempe waterfront so we came here out of convenience not knowing much about it. We were NOT disappointed! I got the sangria- one of the best I’ve ever had! We also ordered the pretzels and cheese- good portion and yummy pretzels. My salad- added steak to it- was SO good! (I believe it was a kale, fruit, goat cheese one. Don’t recall the name.) We walked around the place when we finished eating- it’s huge! Fun place to meet up with a group of people, come on a date, whatever. Definitely going back here! We had the best time with Emory, he was very knowledgeable about the menu and we really enjoyed the fish and chips and the Tahini Feta dip! The pina colada and margaritas were amazing but the Bloody Mary tasted like Campbells Tomato soup 😩… Hated it. Emory was such a good sport about the drinks we didn’t like and he fixed everything quickly and seemingly easily! Thank you Emory! We will be back!!!!
