I love crust pizza. Haven't found one that wasn't great food and great service. Staff always very attentive and friendly. One thing I miss... The gyro!! The crust pizza food at Creekside, TX has been really delicious and very fresh food. The salads are so healthy looking and fresh tasting. Everyone is so friendly that takes my order and Jacob is always looking out for me on everything I order and so very friendly. It is the best Pizza I have found in the north suburbs of Houston and a great location. My only wish is that they use more sauce on the pizza, without having to pay for extra. 10/20/2023 edit - Pizza was good enough that we ordered the next day. This time we spent $2.00 extra on an XL Pizza for double sauce. Now it is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. My previous comment remains however. I should not have to spend $2.00 extra to get a standard amount of pizza sauce. My name is Nelson I'm from Florida my daughter recently moved to the area I was visiting and I went to the store I order two Hawaiian salads and two pizzas 5 sodas one pizza came the second one never arrived to the table. After seeing all the people that arrived way later than me to the restaurant eating and me being paying for everything and didn't receive my food I ask for someone in charge explain the situation and ask for my money back. Walk away and two things are going to happen I won't recommend anyone else to go there and I never will support your pizzeria. Your service really sucks. And your employee things that the happiness and overall experience can be bought whit a gift card. You can ask him I didn't accept the gift card or any free food because that doesn't fix anything. That doesn't fix the incompetence and for us we are done. Your manager eyes where out of orbits like he was high in something you also should check on that others clients feel uneasy whit his behavior. I really prefer a more clean and serious environment.
