These cookies have a delicious array of flavor choices. I like that they rotate weekly. I love the pie crust cookies the best, especially the banana cream pie cookie. Unfortunately, often the cookies are slightly undercooked for my preference, but I'm certain that's a bonus for many other people. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I never feel like people are excited to be there. The food is great. The service is great and everyone is friendly enough when they talk to customers... but every time I walk in and I'm the only customer, everyone is talking about everyone else. Very good customer service and super friendly and hospitable and cheery customer service associates. They were very much into their cookie experience. They liked people and talking to them and very much into the social scene. However the cookie to me were very dry almost like they were overcooked. When I get an opportunity to go back in the area I will most definitely try them out again and see if the texture is different. Otherwise great experience. I love these cookies. Well, let me backtrack, I love the cookies that don’t have frosting on them. Their sugar cookies and cookies with the frosting (buttercream usually I think?) are hurt your teeth sweet. Like I can take a bite and then can’t eat anymore because it’s just packed with what feels like a pound of sugar. That being said, my husband loves them, but he also can’t eat more than half at a time. I love the weekly rotation of flavors and the variety they come up with. I do miss their ice creams, I was sad when they stopped serving those. But overall this location is pretty identical to the others I’ve been to, with the added bonus of being next to Trader Joe’s. Update: Been here a few times now because I’m a sucker for a mystery rotating menu. I LOVE sugar, but I’m finding ones with icing are TOO rich for ME. If that’s you - you’ll love these cookies. I’m preferring to go for ones with fruit on top, alt. Chocolate chip cookies (pumpkin cookies this week), tiny pie cookies, and peanut butter ones topped with something. So many flavors to try can’t go wrong :) Crumbl cookies are delightful, have a weekly rotating inventory of cookies (and ice cream or milk as aside purchase). This week we tried it for the first time - Heath cookie (my favorite), chocolate chip cookie cup, M&M, and cinnamon swirl - and are very excited to try them again. The cookies are a HUGE 4” diameter, cost $4-5 per cookie, and are THICK. The texture is like biting into a brownie - somewhere between cake-y and cookie crunch-y. This shop has touch-screen ordering in-store (possibly card only?) and orders through the app. The staff are very nice.

The staff is always friendly and does a fantastic job. I find chocolate cookies to usually have a burnt flavor (I get them for my teens) but I haven't tasted a burnt tast once here. They are always moist without being undercooked. I highly recommend.

Pretty expensive for a thick cookie. First time there. Was disappointed there were only 7 flavors and that the mini were only for catering. They asked if we wanted a message on our box then didn't add it. I could see how others would like it but it want for me due to thickness and limited flavors for a company that that is all they do.

Walk in and order freshly made cookies that are always warm and delicious! We enjoy the rotating of types of cookies that they offer weekly. The staff is always friendly, motivated and service is prompt. You have the option of paying via kiosk or simply at the register.

I'm kinda over the hype. Some weeks are better than others. So many calories. The price is a little ridiculous, but so is Starbucks coffee. We used to get a 4pk weekly, but then they all started to taste the same, like they start with a mix base and add stuff to it to make different cookies. Don't get me wrong, they make winners frequently and they are irresistible! Don't download their app, you'll regret it! Haha
