Arrived at 10:15 pm, I checked website before I arrived and it said that they close at 12am. Both girls said they just closed. Also I was charged a while back for 4 extra drinks so I called the owner and he said he would check on it and he did admit I was charged extra but never repaid me. Upsetting when you trust the owner and he doesn’t care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

9:50pm very cold and icy outside. I asked for a white cho mocha. The lady turned around and looked at the coffee machine and said…. We don’t have coffee right now. Ohhh Kay!!! Probably didn’t want to clean the machine. To Dutch bros I go ✌️ Service: 1

Slow, enjoys chatting with the customer ahead even after service has been provided for an additional 5 or 10 minutes longer, leaving people backed up. Bring back the one on 1st these guys can't handle the extra people they are getting! Even when I do get what I want in terms of service, the ingredients are sometimes wrong or there is a bad taste. My drink doesn't come with coconut but it somehow gets in there. Service: 2
