I believe the lady who helped me was Julie. I was getting a coffee at starbucks and saw this donut shop and decided to get one. The total was $1.50 which is half the price of Starbucks premade plastic wrapped donut. Unfortunately it was cash only and I only had card. I apologized and told her I won't be able to pay. She handed me the donut and told me not to worry and to pay her back next time I come. Such a sweet lady and what a sweet thing to do especially now a days. I will definitely come back. And to Bryce the "local reviewer" please don't give a family business a one star review because they only take cash. You don't know their situation and don't have a reason to know. I’ve been going to this donut shop for 20 years. Donuts are light, fluffy, and delicious. I am a fan of the Apple fritters, chocolate custard, and French crullers. My husband gets the classic glazed and my daughter loves the cake donuts with sprinkles. The couple who runs the shop are so kind and have been a staple in the community. They go the extra mile for kids. Once when they were out of the cake donuts, they added strawberry glaze and sprinkles to a glaze donut for my daughter. I would love to get donuts here but for some reason they still don't accept credit cards. How many people carry cash around nowadays? Is the reason to avoid taxes? Technical ignorance? Pay for work under the table?

I drive a lot for work, and when I have a chance I stop by local donut shops for breakfast. This is by far the nicest and tastiest donuts I've had. Julie who helped me was AMAZING, I'll definitely will be coming back

My husband came home with donuts from here Sunday. I already went back this morning (Wednesday) for more. The best donuts I’ve ever had. They are fresh and melt in your mouth. 10x better than chain places.

We are not locals but are so happy we found this place for a quick breakfast. It looks like a community spot for really good donuts and fresh hot coffee. Owners sincerely thank each customer. We saw the elderly, several law enforcement officers, workers, kids, etc. while we sat for a moment to devour our donuts. It looks like they have a lot of regulars and the owners know them all by name. Prices are so much cheaper than KK or DD and the quality is better.
