The manager is very unprofessional. Done everything that you don't do or say to customers. Food was awful . Waitress didn't keep drinks filled up . Manager Called us a bunch of rednecks for smoking on the porch in there smoking area and we had our chinese and arabic family freinds for an outing. He got off in his feeling and was very rood. They had Italian night which is fine . But we called and made reservations and was told they was cooking steaks and that was not the case . Was gonna come back later and try there steaks but he banned us for pointing out there short ends they have going on . I can say it's most un professional place I ever been to eat . As accused us of not paying when our ticket combined was $240.00 dollars and was paid before he confronted us . . Would give a 0 star if it would let me . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was very disappointed with tonight's service. Half of the time our drinks stayed empty. My caeser salad had old brown lettuce in it. The manager literally chased us out of the restaurant because we told the waitress the service was not very good tonight. Apparently we were not allowed to have an honest opinion. I didnt like the food very much but that was because i dont like italian. We were told they were cooking steaks by whoever answered the phone. We got there to find out that wasnt true. The manager was very Unprofessional.. he called us rednecks for smoking in their smoking section outside. It was just very hostile. I honestly don't think we deserved to be yelled at like we were. It was honestly very embarrassing. The bad service was only mentioned because the drinks never got filled up but one time. We also asked for forks to eat the birthday cake we brought for the party. We waited and waited.. we never got them.. so some of us ate our cake with a knife. They acted like we were in the wrong for saying the service was bad. I have never once in my life seen the owner of a restaurant go off on its customers. The customer is always right is what I was taught. Nobody was trying to be disrespectful in any way. We were treated like a Pariah! It was honestly very uncalled for. As i was walking to leave the manager walked up to my face and asked where we came from. I told him.. thinking everything was fine.. but he came out the door and started going off on us and how we acted.. like we did something wrong. We definitely did not. We also were accused of not paying our tickets. Which we had already done. When the manager realized we already had paid... he got more hostile towards us. Steak was good. I don’t think it’s worth close to 50$. I question the value. It had a good charcoal flavor, but the consistency of the filet was off. Outside was done and the inside was medium. Inside was too chewy and the outside had an ok crisp. I order my steak medium-well, and got more pink than I prefer. The steak and asparagus had a great charcoal flavor although I didn’t care for the toast. The toast could be improved. Service was great. The bread pudding felt like it was a great value purchase. 5$ for good bread pudding. I did feel like the sweetness was overloaded on the top. It would be interesting to have a bit of sweetness all the way through while maintaining the pudding type consistency. The HVAC unit dripped, so the floor was a little wet near my feet. It didn’t touch me, but I do feel like it was something I frowned upon. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
