I have been called a breakfast fanatic. I love me some steak and eggs, but I've found that breakfast places always ruin the steak; it's always either bland or overcooked or both. Crackers does a good steak, and the other menu items I've tried are excellent as well. Service is consistently good. I just wish it were a little closer to my house. Food came out quickly and hot. Coffee is excellent, bacon cooked perfectly and it's three slices. Sourdough toast is great as well but bummed that it's only one slice cut in half. The potatoes are not to my liking, they're more along the lines of scalloped instead of homestyle. Prices a bit on the expensive side. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 3.5 stars. During our short stay in Mesa Arizona, this restaurant was my favorite for breakfast. The eggs Benedict was out of this world! We had breakfast here twice and on the third day decided to try another restaurant. Honestly, I was a little disappointed and wish I ate here a third time.
