Located at the corner of Clark Avenue and Devon, this true American diner is bright, lively and welcoming. I had the Chilaquiles Verde with Skirt steak. The Tortillas were super fresh, cooked and perfectly drenched in a tangy, savory, warm, homemade green tomatillo Salsa but still kept a little bit of crispness. The Skirt steak was grilled to perfection. Juicy, succulent and seasoned to perfection. The meal was served with refried beans and rice and over-easy eggs that were the perfect custardy, creamy compliment to everything. The coffee was so delicious that I had two cups which is very much out of the ordinary for me...so good! The Crema added the perfect tanginess to offset everything else. The service was attentive without hovering, which I really appreciate. The burgers looked great and the French Toast looked scrumptious. The wait time from seated to food served was pretty quick, considering how busy it was. And it was quite busy when I went. I so enjoyed my meal here that I went back just three days later for carryout! This is a true American Diner. Bright, lively and welcoming. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so go early and enjoy. If you want fresh and delicious breakfast or lunch, Cozy Corner is your place. Was looking to have a Chicago style breakfast since I am visiting from Florida and this place was on point. Had really good food and time there. Will be back if I have the opportunity. I really enjoyed the breakfast special at this restaurant. Recently, I have been ordering at least three times a week and have enjoyed each order thus far. The service is exceptional, and that makes the experience much better. Ever staff members that I have encountered appear to be personable and strive to provide exceptional customer service. This place is gonna be one of my few favorites'. Amazing food, to be specific, cheese pancakes and eggs are bae. Gonna try everything on the menu next time. And obviously crowded during weekends. Service was good as well and the food was not too expensive. The vibe is what makes it more special to me. Best breakfast place in the neighborhood. Shout out to Amy, the best staff and the sweetest.😍 My recent favorites'- feta cheese benedict, simply the best Totally worth it! Must try!

Great place for breakfast. I'd go early as it gets pretty busy. There's street parking available nearby and lots of other little shops to go see. They also have pay parking across the street. The service was very nice and accommodating as well. Definitely a nice dinner to visit if you're in the area. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
