The food was AMAZING!!! It is a different twist on Texas barbecue , with a very subtle flavor. The service was spectacular, kind, and generous! I can't think of enough descriptive words to accurately portray this experience. Just go and try it! I’ve driven past this place several times and decide to try it today, I’m extremely mad at myself for not going sooner! The service was phenomenal they explained different menu options and we are beyond impressed with the quality of the food. Definitely our new go to BBQ spot in town! We were in town house hunting and googled restaurants near by. Being that my husband is a self proclaimed BBQ consisseur we decided to try Coronado's. They were out of brisket so we went with the rib sandwich and the chicken poblano sausage sandwich. Delicious! The pasta salad looks odd....but I am the adventurous one and got it. It was great! I would literally go back and order a large container to take home. We can't wait to go back and try the brisket and some dessert! And can I just say they are the nicest people! The friendliest guys in the state, serving the BEST BBQ and sides in the state. Look, it's central Texas, we've all had darn good BBQ. Now when someone asks where the best BBQ in Texas is, you can tell them without a pause that it's Coronado's. I know some of y'all have been sleeping on getting the smoked turkey...DON'T pass on this one!! If you're not stopping here once a week, you really need to take a look at how you're living your life. This is THE place. They have the most consistent food around, always amazing. Every option on the menu is a hit and none have disappointed in the last two years plus that we have eaten here. AWESOME brisket sandwich and frito pie!! Definitely get it all the way with onions, pickles and jalapeño. The broccoli pasta salad was superb, loved the sun flower seeds. I can’t wait to try their other menu items. Super nice owners! I returned and tried the boneless pork rib sandwich and holy heck! It’s soooooo good!!!!! I’m seriously looking at buying a house half a mile from this location just so I can walk here. You couldn’t ask for over folks running this truck!
