We used Cornerstone BBQ to cater my daughter’s Sweet 16 this weekend and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. Many have asked who we used to cater because the food was so good. Our menu included beans, Mac n cheese, BBQ chicken, ribs & rolls, and everything was great! The service and professionalism upon delivery were equally fantastic. Went in on a very cold, rainy morning. Brrrr! The cute little shop and the savory smoke from the chimney lured me in! It's small, no dine in. But it's got its own rustic charm. I had an INCREDIBLE pulled pork breakfast burrito. THE BEST! It was 12.00, a chubby, stuffed with tender scrambled egg, cheese, potato and smoked pulled pork, what a beauty! So smokey-sweet, savory and deelicious...Ate half at breakfast and wasn't hungry at lunch. Ate other half warmed this morning, and had to sing its praises. A friend told me about Cornerstone. We got there a little late in the day and got the last rack of pork ribs and some brisket. As they were near closing, they kindly threw in a couple of sausages. Then came the baked beans and mac-n-cheese. The drive home was about 45 minutes. Everything was packed well and stayed warm. The meats were absolutely delicious! The various sauce options were also a terrific complement to the smoked meats. If you're in the mood for some good smoked meat, swing by Cornerstone.
