Food was delicious but service was slow

Typically the food is pretty good and the service is mediocre. Last night both were disappointing. We ordered takeout and were told 45 min. So we showed up about 10 min early. We waited by the hostess stand for about 5 min which is typical for this place. The girl comes back and tells us to go to the back bar to get our food (wish they would have told us that when we placed the order). Get back there and stand for a good 5 more min or so until bar tender acknowledged us. Get our food and pay a few min later. Get home and the food is cold, fries are chewy, cajun pasta was barely seasoned. Only good thing was the lobster bisque. I think our food was probably ready much sooner than 45 min and all that extra wait time didn't help. Overall not the dinner we were hoping to have. Was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and the bartender who waited on us was super attentive! She brought a refill for all of us even remember the extra lemons for my water without having to ask!
