Cool Beans used to give us huge scoops of ice cream and lately they’re super tiny. To the point where the cone is hollow with two small scoops on top. My boyfriend is very sad. 👎🏻 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Tried to make my banana split in two cups cuz they was outta boats. Coffee was cold & forgot my whipped cream. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ asked for refund & manager was a C 🤦🏽‍♀️ NT !!!
