Tracy was responsive, professional and flexible in taking my order for 5 dozen of seven different cookies, yes, 420 cookies! Cookies included: chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and chocolate crackles. She was knowledgeable and diligent in making sure all of the cookies were prepared, as requested, without milk products. She also emailed me the ingredient list for all of the cookies and sourced a diary free recipe for Lemon Madeline cookies.
The cookies were all great and ready as arranged. She double wrapped the boxed to ensure freshness.
We had a cookie table for my daughter's wedding and when I needed to pick up earlier than anticipated, on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, Tracy was so very nicely accommodating!

I sent a cookie of the month club subscription to my mom in Ohio and she is RAVING about the cookies! She said the flavors are excellent (the first shipment included ginger and oatmeal cookies), the size is perfect and they arrived in excellent condition.
Came in today for the first time and my goodness I don’t think I could ever eat cookies anywhere else! They had a wonderful variety (including Gluten Free) and I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any choice that you make. They even had treats for my fur babies. Thank you to the woman who helped us out and was patient as we made our selections! Highly recommend and I will certainly stop by each time I’m in Santa Rosa!

Used them to send a gift to a client and very impressed by personal responsiveness of owner Tracy. She emailed me as soon as order was in to check on the shipping address and when I wanted the tin sent out. Plus I ordered from the UK and website was so easy to use. Just wish I could try those cookies! They look delicious.
The company I work for uses their cookies for client thank you gifts. Our clients are always happy and love them. I signed up myself for the monthly cookie tin and it was the best decision! They are so good and I never know what I'm getting and makes me try new flavors I wouldn't had tried before. They are so good they always cause fights in my house for the last cookie.
This is my first time trying these cookies out and man they're bussin. Bruh even my family has tried it themselves and they can't get enough of it. At least I have an excuse to buy more now lol.
