Connected, located in Peoria, is a fine dining spot that serves select Italian and American dishes. The establishment boasts an impressive interior design with high ceilings, a 30-foot waterfall, and facades that remind one of an outdoor patio in Venice. The menu offers a great variety of choices, including jumbo Gulf shrimp cocktail, thinly sliced filet mignon served with flakes of parmigiano-reggiano cheese, lemon juice, capers and extra virgin olive oil, Caesar salad with house dressing, Italian bean soup, veal scaloppine sauteed with morel mushrooms and prosciutto, and pan-seared Chilean sea bass served over shrimp risotto with lobster tarragon sauce and crispy parsnips. The limoncello is REAL limoncello at 190 proof, not that 100 proof lemon liquor some places try to pass off as limoncello. Connected also offers a great selection of handcrafted cocktails, soft drinks, and wines. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Connected also offers outdoor seating and live music on select nights. Soup was great. Pasta was good. Cool vibe. Service was abysmal. Was there for a birthday. Told the waiter. He said OK. Proceeded to disappear for 30 minutes and didn’t come back until it was time to pay the bill and didn’t acknowledge my wife’s birthday. This place is good for Peoria but that’s about it. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly employees once you make it through the first dining room. The employees are very attentive and make it a pleasurable experience. The food all looked and was presented nicely, and the taste was very good, but did, however have one dish that was lacking the full flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a fun experience, and a nice night out on the town of Peoria. This restaurant was truly exceptional. The ambience was fantastic, and we were fortunate to be seated near a cozy fireplace. The service was outstanding, and the food was incredible. Words cannot fully capture my experience here. I highly recommend this place for celebrating your anniversary or a special date night. It will surely become one of your most memorable evenings. Best date night spot in Peoria! My spouse and I went and it was as good was as incredible as was the service! The food was incredible. The steak is the best in Peoria, hands down! Their dry aged steak was like butter. Can't wait to go back and take more of my family to enjoy! My wife wanted to take me out somewhere special for my birthday. She chose Connected! My!was that a GREAT choice! The service was the best had hands down! I ordered Delmonico Steak referred by our waiter Gerald! My wife ordered the Boor Tenderloin also referred by our waiter. Both meals were cooked to our fullest approval! We both agreed next time at Connected we will not be needing a menu! We will leave it like that!! Great place to eat,entertain,have a celebration of your choice and get served like a King or Queen! This was our second visit to Connected. If you’re looking for a great restaurant with attention to great service, amazing food and awesome atmosphere, this is the place to go. Our waitresses Karen and Taylor and everyone else who served us, including the sommelier made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We came for my birthday in August and again last weekend for my sister's anniversary and we had Chandler he was amazing. We plan on coming back in November for my father's birthday! Food and drinks where excellent. Visited Connected the other day with some colleagues, food was so good, I didn’t get a picture of it before I ate it! 🤪😅 Top notch customer service and dining all the way through! I didn’t know an experience like this existed here in Peoria, the atmosphere was like a dream! Oh my goodness! My husband and I both enjoyed our Anniversary dinner here. They made us feel so special, they got us in right away when our previous plans fell through. We had a dry aged steak which was cooked to perfection with potatoes and asparagus. I also had the French Martini which was also amazing. We will definitely be back. I was very impressed with Connected, and I would definitely dine here again! This is a hidden gem. The outside looks unassuming (looks like a warehouse), but the inside transports you to a gorgeous fine dining experience. Beautiful setting, attentive service, and delicious food for a decent price. My mother and I were both given roses at the end of our meal as an added bonus.
