The food was OK, but the asparagus would've been better with some seasoning. The service was good when our waitress would show up. She seemed to vanish often although they were not that busy when we arrived. The atmosphere was good, but we had to ask for the fans to be shut off. Even then, it was too cool to remove our jackets. Our waitress Leeila was AMAZING!!! I ordered something I normally wouldn't but I decided to try something new and I didn't really like it. She made some suggestions and it made the meal better! New waitress who only cared about the table behind us took forever for her to come take our order because ALL she wanted to do was talk about music to the table behind us. Finally after receiving our appetizer my wife had to tell her we are ready to order she was going back to the table behind us to talk again clearly had no care in the world for us. On top of that when we received our meals we never received our salads until the meal was brought like come on get it together do y’all not train these kids. So as I’m eating my meal also have a salad that should have came out way before our actual meal clearly this waitress being brand new does not need to be on the floor working I would absolutely hate to see when it’s actually busy she would never survive because ALL she talked about was music to the table be hind us. Also you would figure when you order a 16oz ribeye y’all would put seasoning on it bland bland bland most horrible steak I have ever had. Clearly there is no training what so ever they just throw theses kids out on the floor some our excellent while some our terrible. Hopefully one day cabot will get a TEXAS ROADHOUSE. The food is so, so good! But nothing was better than our waitress. I believe her name was Stephanie. She was literally one of the very best ,most attentive waitresses I have ever had in all my travels. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Colton's in Cabot, AR is one of my favorite restaurants, but our visit there on 12/27/23 left alot to be desired. They initially tried to seat us right under a blaring speaker. Asked to be seated in the main area because the music wasn't as loud. They sat us in the smaller room. Music still loud, but not as blaring. Ordered our food and when it came out, the girl who brought it was extremely rude because she didn't know who ordered what and when we asked her which plate it was so we could help her figure it out, she said pretty rudely, "I don't know what you ordered" and cut her eyes at one of my sons. Waitress never came back to see if we had everything, which my son did not - he was missing a side. The family next to us looked like they were the waitress's family because she did procede to sit down with them for almost 10 minutes (we timed it). She finally asked us how everything was. Son mentioned the missing item. It took her another 5 minutes to bring it and then just put it down and went back to her family's table. As she walked back by, I stopped her and asked is that how you would generally treat people? His food was cold while waiting for his side and she just placed the side next to him without even an apology or mention of his uneaten food at that point. I was already finished with my meal. She just mumbled something and said she'd get a manager, which I hadn't even asked for. Later, the waitress brought back the tab, which the manager had taken off my son's food, but then tearfully said she was going through a lot and was trying to work to make money, etc, but she didn't mean to be rude. I explained it wasn't her I was said was rude, but I did have concerns about her ability as a waitress. I'm not much of a complianer, but I can't stand when people don't even have the ability to be kind, which would have gone far with me. Manager gave us a free appetizer for the next visit, but it will probably be awhile before I'd go back. Food was good, as usual, though. For the amount of money spent, I would expect better service.
