Not sure if the gal that was making our ice cream had a bad day or not, but she was also the person that rung us up.. She was very rude.. "Dan I'll take customer service for 500 please" cause it needs work 🤦🏿‍♂️ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

There was a very polite worker named Tyler who was very professional and gave very good service. He is the only reason I am giving 5 stars. If I were rating this place on any other factors this rating would be different.

Worst service I've ever seen. 3 employees and a manager and couldn't make more than one item at a time. And I don't mean one item each. Go to third floor.

We stopped here a little awhile ago, right after they opened. That seemed to be the best time, as there is always a line, even 10 minutes after they opened for the day. Of course since we were the first ones to visit, we pretty much knew what we wanted. I had decided on the birthday cake shake. It seems that I get my ice cream in liquid form, and I don't have to worry about making a mess at all. Of course once I ordered it took like 3 or 4 minutes to get my shake. Not only were they quick, but they were really nice and friendly as well. It would be fun to go back again sometime.

Refrigeration stank terribly in front of the store, ended up with nuts and brownie mixed into my Berry Berry Good so obviously workers aren't cleaning surfaces properly. Not the best experience, I'd stick to the 3rd floor location.
