We were told that even though we made a reservation, they can not hold a specific table. You must specify which room you want and the size of your party. Dispute being informed that there were 2 handicap people in the party that could not walk very far, we were seated in the room farthest from the entrance (that was not what was reserved for us). The room was noisy and we could not hear our own conversations until two of the other parties left. The food was very good and hot when it arrived. Have eaten here a number of times and highly recommend for a date night or group dinner or lunch. The service is impeccable (standard quality for a Clyde’s Group establishment) and the decor of the various dining rooms are all a lot of fun (Ivy League rowing bar, yacht and hunting lodge themed dining rooms, and a boathouse back bar). Love the food. Have had the steak frites which they do well as medium rare. The brunch is awesome with Eggs Chesapeake Benedict and the flash-fried trout parmesan (both pictured) were excellent. Also, they know how to make martinis correctly which is a nice complement to a spread of fresh New England or Canadian oysters if looking for a bar night snack. Also would be remiss without raving on the deviled eggs appetizer (the fried jalapeños garnish gives it a little punch)…a great deal. I will be back!
