I feel almost guilty leaving a bad review on a small business, however we’ve tried Clark’s a few times. It was mediocre before, but after raising their already expensive prices it seems that their food quality has gotten much worse. And for $85 (after tip)… I’m pretty frustrated. Their brisket was dry with no flavor. Sausage tasted old and over cooked. My daughter got the kid’s ribs and we ended up sending it back because they were rubbery and also tasted old. The best part of our visit was the waitress. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bbq meat was definitely lacking a lot of flavor. Sampled the pork, and beef brisket. Baked beans were good! Okra was fair. Thought the prices were really high $57 for two. Nice atmosphere. My wife and I love coming here the staff is usually great, beer cold, but these past couple months we stopped coming by as much and today reminded us why . very disappointed sandwich came with 50% onion so it tasted like a big onion on a soggy bun my wife got 3 spoons out of her Mac and cheese that’s a “ premium side” 5 dollars for 3 bites of Mac and cheese Cmon guys.
