Visitors don't highly appreciate pizza at this restaurant. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of guests say that the service is satisfying. I'll start with what's good. I really like this place. Genuinely. I love the food options. They have a kids area. The prices are sweet. And the service is pretty good BUT, they have got to cook their bacon before putting it on a pizza. My "Cili Pizza" was horrible because there were too many onions and slimy, fatty, raw bacon. This is disgusting. It was under all the cheese and other toppings. This is the second time. Cook the bacon. Make it crispy. It's disgusting otherwise. We don't live during famine times. Got food poisoning here. Waited over 1,5 hours for pelmeni. The dish was rock hard and dry. Felt like they heated it once, forgot it and heated again. Was too hungry to complain. Should have because the next day was very sick. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1

Very nice attentive staff. At one point I saw that someone had made a waitress cry - whoever you are that did so, you are a loser. Nice place to sit down, relax, big menu with lots of options. Absolutely shocking food. Pizza that didn’t look or taste like pizza. Old, dry, tasteless chips.. and 0 attention to detail as my husband ordered kebab with nothing but chicken and onion and pickles and of course he was brought kebab with the whole shabang in it. Pizza was tasty enough. We walked in to find all of the tables either full or dirty. This by itself is not a huge problem. "Perhaps they are busy, short on staff," etc. However, we waited for half an hour while tables were cleaned and other patrons were served around us. Eventually, I spoke with someone behind the bar and asked for service. Another ten minutes passed before our table was cleaned, and another ten before we were brought our menus. After we ordered, only one of our drinks was brought out. Then the pizzas... then the soup? (That seems like the wrong order, but okay.) My partner's drink came only after we were brought the bill; even then it was the wrong type of juice. The food was actually decent but, respectfully, it was not worth this mess. I had a higher-quality pizza, four times faster, at half of the price, made by a solitary Italian man in a box the size of a minivan in a parking lot nearby. My partner was much more angry than myself. Perhaps because she had nothing to drink during her meal, but more probably because I am more understanding that in order to achieve this level of sheer incompetence in service, it is required to pay the staff so low that motivation is simply impossible, or else so utterly fail to train them that they cannot possibly be held responsible. In any case, the ownership is to blame, and they alone are responsible for the success or failure of their own investment, which will speak for itself in the end. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Horrible the pizza tasted like paper with cheese. The pizza is 30cm?? nah bro it's 10cm atleast. Why does it look like a melted cardboard. 19 BUCKS FOR IT without the card. Very bad place need to get bombarded ASAP Service Dine in Meal type Other
