Ordered through the chipotle app for delivery. 4 of the 5 items were missing and my bowl was also missing many topping. Mostly rice and corn salsa. Worst chipotle experience I’ve had. Ordered on the app, the lady that answered the window was very rude. After double checking the order because I’ve had missing items before I saw I was missing a burrito. The girl gave attitude the whole time and made the burrito. They didn’t add guacamole which I paid extra for or even sour cream. Then to make it worse burrito falls apart when opening the foil. Then the guacamole is black and I only get it with the chips for my kids. It doesn’t taste good at all either. I could of made a better one at home. Very disappointing. We arrived at about 10:45 right as they were opening the doors. Because we had arrived right at open, it was a little crazy as falls were getting things all set up but the staff was all very kind and accommodating. All the hot items were good and didn't seem to be sitting out for a long time before our arrival. I got a bowl and it was served in a pepper bowl with a foil lid underneath. When we left, I was able to use the foil lid to cover my left overs, and it was still tasty even after I reheated it. I did ask for "a little guac" and holy cow, what a generous scoop of guac! We sat by a window and watch traffic go by as we ate. I did start looking at the outdoor seating and thought it would be nice to sit outside in the summer and eat while watching all the people go through the Chick-fil-A drive thru. The part that got me was the indoor seats we chose put us less than a foot away from an outdoor table, so while you are separated by a window, you will be eating with strangers you can't hear. You tell your kids to sit outside while you stay inside which that seating would work great for, but otherwise, that area seemed a little awkward. No complaints about the food or staff. The restaurant looked clean and welcoming. Good bite to eat but hard to navigate that area with so much traffic. Not impossible, of course, but a little bit of a struggle. Brought our food home tonight to find that the rice was completely undercooked and rock hard. It also tasted extremely strong of cilantro/lime to the point that the entire bowl was not tolerable, even if you tried to avoid the rice. I’m not sure what happened, but this should have never been served and we were not able to eat any of it due to the extremely poor quality. Food: 1

We tried to get food at 8:15pm. No one helped us for a while or looked up from what they were doing. 5min after waiting a kid who was cleaning finally came to help us. Did not was his hands before helping. The counter was super gross. Not a lot of food left and tried to serve us small portions that were hard crusty rice from the sides. When I question it, I got major attitude and told to go somewhere else. Worst customer service and gross serving environment. Made me never want to eat there again. We went here and it was awful. The service was good but food was not. The rice and beans were under cooked, the steak was over cooked. The food had no flavor I had to put salt on anything just to try and eat it. They were playing 2 different types of music at the same time loudly. Won't be going here again ever. Food flavor was acceptable, but they only had one type of beans and had to grab a new corn, which seemed frozen, hard and made the burrito extremely cold. Overall, the service execution and sense of urgency behind the counter is poor. Cleanliness is lacking, as open tables had not been cleaned, the floor was dirty and trash was overflowing. Initially, straws and silverware were out, but the staff did refill after being asked. Not all pop at the soda machine was operational. If the workers were any slower, they'd be in reverse: it does not bode well for their professionalism or future as dependable workers.

I came in tonight after placing a 50$ order on the website. I walked in to pick it up was handed a bag (no cups for my drinks until i asked but fine). I check my order and notice half if it is missing. No gauc, no salsa and chips. I go back and the server just brushed it off saying “we’re out” they wouldn’t help me with a refund. I go home and find out that my bowls are also made with only rice, beans and the protein NONE of the other toppings. I understand if you were out of ingredients but you shouldn’t be taking orders AND you should tell your customers. Not just hand out rubbish orders and hope people don’t realize until they leave. It is very very disappointing. The process of getting my refund was terrible online. They tried to give me “free chips and gauc” instead of refunding. I will be avoiding chipotle from now on. Went to this location tonight around 9. First of all they were out of bowls, so I got a burrito, I asked for double rice and the guy helping me gave me a death stare. Asks what kind of meat I want, I tell him chicken and gives me half a scoop of that I asked if I could get alittle more and he very rudely says that’s going to be extra. I don’t mind paying extra for DOUBLE chicken but I’m not paying double for a normal portion size. They were scrapping by with everything and to my knowledge they still had an hour left to be open so I don’t know why they wouldn’t have closed early at that point. All the employees seemed to be upset to be there the customer service was absolutely garbage.
