I cannot stand this location. Multiple times I've been here now, the uninspired, sassy and contempt food-line employees make it very clear they want you out of the store as quickly as possible. I am quick with my order and always get the same thing, yet somehow these lazy d-bags add random ingredients or skimp on other stuff EVERY TIME I COME HERE. I wish I had the option to give zero star! I had a take out today around 3:30 pm, I don’t know the name of the girl who took my order but she was the worst employee that any business can hire!!! She was rude, and stingy on my order!!! I didn’t get rice, she put maybe only 3 pieces of chicken that she had only left in that big serving bowl for me and barely some lettuce!!! My bowl was filled even less than half! I wish I had taken a photo of my bowl before eating it! She had put the total of 10 pieces of lettuce in my bowl and when I asked if I can have more lettuce, she said she can have it in a separate bowl and charge me extra for it!!!!!!!!!! Although my bowl had plenty of space!!!! Today was The worst experience that I had at chipotle just because of their employee!!! Stood in line for what it felt like 5-10 minutes at the front. Lots of awkward eye contacts but no one to actually acknowledge we are there or get our orders. Some sort of communication from the service team would have been better than the silent treatment and ignoring us for the 5+minutes. And there were multiple people working so idk maybe we were invisible 🫥 Can’t say what the food taste like as we walked out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service has gone down hill. I watched the worker make a 16 year old girl cry. She had clearly never been to Chipotle before and didnt know to order her burrito and bowl at the same time rather than just ordering the burrito first. The worker made her go to the end of the line that was out the door even though 1/2 of her order was already made. Absolutely horrible to the girl. Claims to close at 11pm, yet door was locked at 10:40. Plenty of staff in sight ad people still at counter inside ordering. I spend a lot at Chipotle but I guess I'll have to adjust that this one doesn't want my money lol Service: 1

I have been going to this… not ideal… location for years (when I can’t make it to another location), but a recent interaction, coupled with poor consistency of food quality, has me done with them for good. Many (not all, but I’d say most) of the employees at this location are very negative and unprofessional, refusing to greet you, have courteous interactions with you, or even treat you with basic human decency. They often make it clear that they are absolutely miserable to be there, and that preparing your food is a terrible inconvenience to them. I recently tried to order entrees for my family of 5 when there was literally nobody else in the store, and they refused me service, saying the max was 3 entrees in-store, and I would have to order online. Not, “Since you’re here and there’s no line, we will make it this time, but just know for next time.” Just stared at me as I walked out in shock. But forget about ordering online; 9 times out of 10, the order is incorrect, items are missing, portions are laughably skimpy, or assembly is just ridiculous (all cream and cheese on one side, all chicken and corn on the other side, etc.). Their food preparation is also terribly hit-or-miss; rice under or over cooked, beans lacking seasoning/salt, etc. Go here if you enjoy being abused and gambling with your meals. Lets start with there is a sign saying we're open until 11pm now.. Get to the door at 745 and they only taking online orders such an inconvenience for my drive. So i place the order on the parking lot. Then i get in there they barely speaking to anyone coming in the door to pick up their food. So i get my order, (chicken burrito bowl), for it not to be but i swear literally maybe 3 curds of piece a chicken. I mean i couldnt even get a scoop. But it make since now cause they seem to be scraping the bottom of the meat buckets while preparing the other online orders.. So you thought no one would notice it was damn near a veggie bowl. Ruined my whole appetite. So then i try calling the store to speak to a manager but of course SIRI answers, as they prompt me through, i still cant speak to nobody, saying they will send me a email to report my issue.. Well i cant eat an email cause i was hungry and that aint working out right now. Everybody thats knows me, knows this is my favorite place to eat and they just destroyed it for me😭.. Definitely not ever visiting this location unless they going under new management. It was convenient i thought cause its in the neighborhood 🤷🏾 but not under these terms.. Please get it together. FYI they are now charging $1.55 per extra salad dressing. Not sure how they justify such a high markup on about 2 tablespoons worth of sauce.
