We arrived and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We had been to another location that was out of everything but this one was making more food and was really on top of everything. Let me start by saying that I go to Chipotle all the time but I unfortunately was extremely let down by this location. I realize it was the end of the night but my rice wasn’t fully cooked. It was like chewing on pop corn kernels. I was given hardly any protein, and a sprinkle of cheese. On top of all that the chips were stale and not even warm. I have been to this location several times and this is the first time I have ever been this let down. It’s safe to say I won’t be visiting this location again. Picked up my online order on Thursday night and this is what I found after driving all the way home. You should know that the bag sat upright the whole way home so this is not because of something I did. The guy actually handed me this bag from behind the counter, it was not waiting on the shelf when I showed up to grab it. What's suspicious is the lid was perfectly clean on the inside and showed no evidence it was dropped. That said, there's just no possible chance they were unaware of this before handing me my food. I just don't know what to think of it aside from someone ate half of my bowl. And if that wasn't enough, Chipotle pulled the classic mix their fresh chips with their leftover stale chips routine. Half of my chips were obviously warm and fresh while the other half were rock hard. They just love to do this at the Eastgate location. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP THIS? Yes, people notice. I always order extra rice cheese and lettuce and they never ever give me extra. my husband gets all regular proteins and his bowls are actually twice as big as mine. I get three pieces of lettuce a teaspoon of cheese. absolutely ridiculous. management should not be punishing the employees for giving reasonable amounts of food. My husband and I went in to get some lunch. They barely gave us any food. The chicken tasted like it was left out overnight and cold. The rice was dry and tasteless. Everything tasted like it was left over from the night before. This chipotle just keeps getting worse. Overpaid for the quality of food received. It was ok but the food wasn't as hot as I would like the potions were small and the store was a total wreck. I have never seen such a mess in a Chipotle before. There was food everywhere, the soda machine had so much ice on the tray it was a total train wreck. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

It is unfortunate that this chipotle is the closest to me because it continues to be the worst. Every time I go at least one thing is disgustingly undercooked or overcooked.
