I love chipotle. I frequent this location and their West Chester location.
I am dissatisfied with the price increase at the Fort Wright location. A bowl is now 11.35. (The West Chester location is 10.65 for the same bowl.)
Also, I prefer their chicken but haven't been able to order it due to so much gristle in the meat. I bit into at least one piece of gristle every single time which turns me off their chicken.
If you are looking for a bowl with chicken, check out Moe's Southwest Grill. Their chicken is very good quality and I've never had a piece of gristle from them.
All in all, Ft. Wright location raised their prices for no reason. It costs more to live in West Chester and their prices are cheaper. Why? And whoever is cutting the chicken before cooking, please cut off the gristle.
They ran out of fajitas, lettuce, and guacamole before 8 pm (they close at 11 pm). Also, the meat was lacking the flavor we expect from Chipotle.

We ordered 2 bowls & 2 burrito shells that we asked to be wrapped separately in foil. The picture is what we received. And we asked for a container of the salad dressing, but didn't receive it 😕. They weren't even busy and still couldn't get the order right.

I feel like chipotle as a whole has been on a decline as of late, not necessarily just this one but this location is just the most recent to piss me off. Parts of my orders are often incorrect or missing when I get them delivered but I don’t complain because I’m not the person looking for compensation. I will say in the rare occasions I have made a complaint, the restaurant has always done right by me. I’ve been served rotten guacamole that was not just brown but entirely inedible, have gotten the guacamole with unripened avocados taking up most of the cup, missing drinks, chips etc but today was a first. Today I ordered my usual order and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. Someone had taken our food. The resolution was just the feedback, “someone picked up your order.” They would not remake it or refund my money. I spend $40 on two burritos and some chips and you’re going to throw a “tough luck” at me? I call the restaurant and have to navigate an endless series of prompts only to be hung up on. I have to “chat with a pepper,” and have to go through more prompts. I’m 30 minutes into not having my lunch and being out $40. I’m over it. I manage to finally get resolution. A refund was issued and for all my trouble, a free drink. I don’t want the free stuff but thanks for a $3 drink I guess? Funny thing about that is I was already collecting a free drink with this order for the last time I ordered one and didn’t get it. I always talk up chipotle. I love their catering and have selected it for many office lunches. I eat there fairly often… or I did before they started screwing my orders up but now they just dismiss me when I tell them there is a problem. I’ll go somewhere else to hemorrhage money on stupid tacos
