This used to be our favorite place before few years. But since pandemic, dinning experience has almost everytime so so. Customer service - doesn’t exist, food - often some options go out of stock and many times rice is undercooked, cleanliness - so so, used to be well maintained. I don’t plan to go back anytime soon. This chipotle has the most inconsistent hours I’ve ever seen. The new staff are very friendly, but please learn how to update you stores hours online. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Update Feb 2024 Seems they got their personnel issues resolved. Visited twice and did not have an issue getting food in person. Raised star count for this improvement. Will try them again, if they maintain their current service level, scores will adjust. Oct 2023They only accept online orders and don't have signage to tell you that.
