It's annoying when you pay $20 for a bowl of food and don't even get what you paid for. I could be crazy but that ain't no double chicken!! This is the reason why I hate ordering online. I prefer to be in person, so I know what I'm paying for. I hate wasting money and twenty bucks for some rice, corn, and scarce chicken is absurd. So we are paying full price for half the food now? Bowl is mostly cheese and sour cream at that….. smh rip off. And even then is literally like half a bowl. I remember they used to put so much it was over flowing. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 1

I visited this location last night around 6:20. They said it would be 20 minutes for chicken, steak and fajitas. Ieft and came back 40 minutes later. They had just brought out the chicken and steak. Okay, sure not a big deal. I order my bowl, and they put the rice and steak on. After they put those two things on, the lady yells out “just so everyone knows, we are out of chips!” I was LIVID. It’s only 6:45 and you’re out of chips. You are open for another 4 plus hours. But they make sure to have 2 plus rows of chips for people who order the takeout. I get home to eat my bowl, already disappointed, and the steak was cut TERRIBLY. It was thick long pieces, instead of the cubes they are usually like. If I have to pull the pieces of steak apart with my hands as I’m trying to eat it, that’s not okay with me. I will not be back to this location. Just TERRIBLE. This is normally our go-to location for Chipotle, but the cleanliness of the restaurant, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall atmosphere has gone down in the last several months. No napkins are available, the chips were stale on both recent visits. The service stations and tables are a mess. Management may want to look into it. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
