This will be my last trip to this chipotle, which is a shame because I like the franchise and was so excited when one opened in Albany. I order the same burrito bowl everytime either online or in the store and it always tastes WILDLY different. Sometimes they go very heavy on the citrus, sometimes the rice is undercooked, sometimes the chicken is burnt or the steak doesn't have the fat rendered. Today's was a common one, where something is ridiculously over salted to the point it is not edible. The people are nice and the service is efficient... But the inconsistency in the food and the fact that almost every dish I order has a major fail is the reason I am giving up on this location. Ordered a bowl with extra veges. Bowl came with zero veges. Couldnt go back as I went through the drive up on my lunch break. Couldn’t call as all calls go to centralized automated machine. The meat has been lukewarm the few times I've been there. The whole restaurant was dirty, my best guess was due to understaffing. I would still recommend it as it is not always dirty and they have good options to eat. DO NOT ONLINE ORDER. I ordered a bowl, ans because I saw the reviews I checked my bowl before driving away. My bowl was not full at all. I asked a question about portion sizes, the girl just rudely said she would make a new one. But she put even less in the remade bowl. EDIT: When I contacted chipotle support like they suggested. They did nothing. Not even worth the money or gas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

MY second time. Bowl ened up 18.00 terrible. They ask if you you want it and don't tell cost. Today taco , it was cold and not all stuff they say you get on it. I am not happy.
