We come here several times a year, usually to celebrate something, and have never been disappointed. Food is top-notch and worth the price. This trip, I had prime rib, and my wife had the salmon. Incredible food. The service was above and beyond. Ivan was meticulous with helping my wife order as she has some food allergies. We're looking forward to coming back soon. Our service was provided by Felix and he is absolutely one of the reasons we keep going back there for the full five course dining experience. Our appetizers were very good. The hearty and rich chili with chunks of steak was delicious. Our main course was done to our liking which is a feat of it's own they prepared it exactly as we wanted. Felix really goes above and beyond to guide us through the menu and is very accommodating to our particular likes and dislikes without judgement he is passionate about his customers and we just want to wish him and everyone else a very Merry Christmas 🎄 and we hope to come eat more yummy food in the near future. Felix our server rocks it all the time! Food is pretty good for the most part. I would like to see expanded appetizers and entrees on the menu please. And the bread definitely needs upgrading like perhaps warm sourdough rolls, the whipped flavored butter is tasty. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and the worst experience so far, there won’t be a 4th visit. The food(chicken fettuccini)was an extremely small portion for $26, undercooked pasta, zero garlic flavor for being a garlic Alfredo sauce, chicken that had the texture of rubber(way overcooked)and the sauce had a very tart taste, almost as if burned. Service was horrible, no drink refills offered even though the waitress came to the table and left the check WHILE STILL EATING, and left empty glasses sitting there. First of all, the host was rude, we showed up 5 min early and were told they weren't open yet. There was many different ways to go about that. The food was good but for the price we could have gone somewhere better for better with polite service. The CDA menu doesn't match the table menu either. Ivan our table host was very nice. The bus boy was polite and nice too. It was a decent meal but I don't think worth all the huff and puff. They make it seem so fancy but it's not. The entrées where super great. We ordered the mozzarella appizer and it was not good at all. Tasted pre-made and stuck in a fridge for hours before we ate it.. also ordered the French onion soup which was also not good... if u go only get entrées no add ons. My grandson is off to college and stopped at my house on the way. I took him to the Chinook. I had the best calamari of my life! My pork chop was cooked perfectly and the mac and cheese was wonderful! Even the salad and bread were great. My grandson loved his salmon. Jeremiah was extremely nice to us, even though we had no alcohol so tip was less. Best restaurant experience in years! Dinner was really good but we left a little disappointed. We were told that salads were included in our meal but when the check came we were charged for the salads. This brought our experience down quite a bit and wish you were more honest. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
