This was my first time ordering and when I went to pick up the place was all dark and doors were locked. I called and and he brought out the food, offered no explanation, but it felt very "off" and looking in the windows didn't give me a good feeling. Cluttered and dark. I can't comment on the food because I threw it away, I was nervous to eat it. A bummer because the reviews are good and maybe they were having and off night? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Still operating like it’s the start of covid, have to call, pay over the phone, call when you are there and if it’s not ready when you call all you get is them saying still working on it and than they hang up. No ETA you just have to sit in your car and wait for them to come out and scream your order number. Food is blah and not friendly staff. We were told it would be 35m for pickup but waited outside for almost one hour. This was our first time here so I was really hoping it was worth the wait. It was not. The beef teriyaki tasted like boiled meat and lacked much flavor, everything that was deep fried was over cooked and mediocre. That includes the spring rolls, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. The orange chicken was not even flavorful!! The only decent thing was the pork fried rice, which was better than average but certainly not worth a repeat trip.

I've been to Chinese restaurants and eat at many.This Chinese restaurant is 1 of the best for in the Area of Lisbon. It wasn't so far from the Ymca. If u have a chance. Please go and order. The Food is also cheap. But,worth it.Ive would rate them higher then any place . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I order from China inn about twice a month for almost 7 years now. And we live it. So tonight we ordered a little over $50-- worth of food. Pupu for 2, orange chicken, house special lol mein,2 extra egg rolls, pork fried rice. We also said NO white rice and got it anyway🙃 so we get eating,. Fried items are greasier than usual and so hard you couldn't chew them, lol mein tasted and smelled like rotting fish and there was a problem with everything except the rice. The rice was good. But we were so disappointed in the rest of the meal we're decided to call and try to find out what the problem might have been... The man answered the phone and we started to tell him what our food was like. He wouldn't let us finish speaking and in the nastiest tone of voice told us" my food is always good every day and if you didn't like it do not order it any more!!!" and hung up.!! Well after almost seven years of happily giving them our business it saddens me to say that(not because of bad food one time) but because of the way this man treats and does not appreciate his customers.
