I don’t think you could get slower service anywhere if you even tried to. Prepare to be in drive through for 30 mins. Food: 3 Service: 1

We love Chilly Willy's!!! Today only had ice cream--large hand dipped pumpkin in bowel and a medium chocolate and vanilla twist in a waffle cone. The pumpkin ice cream was really good. Wife said her cone was super good--she always says that. Service was by owners today, who are super friendly. They plan to stay open this Winter!!!! We always tip.
